You just need to complete our booking form and forward it to us with your deposit payment. Please ensure you have read our Terms & Conditions.
In order to request and confirm your holiday arrangements, we require a deposit of £250 per person or 20% of the total holiday cost, whichever is greater. For some holidays, a higher deposit will be payable or it may be necessary to make full payment at the time of booking. This is usually the case where full payment for certain services, such as your flights, has to be made immediately after your booking is confirmed in order to secure that service or the price quoted at the time of booking.
You can make a payment of the deposit by giving us your debit/credit card details over the telephone or making a bank transfer payable to Novaturient.

The completed booking form may be sent as soon as possible after the deposit payment.
All the services required for your holiday arrangements are requested by us once a deposit has been received. If any of the services requested are unavailable, you will be contacted by your travel consultant to discuss suitable alternatives.
If you have chosen to book your holiday with us through one of the very many amazing and professional travel agents we work with, please pay the deposit and give your completed booking from to them. While your agent will hold your deposit on our behalf, your contract in all cases will be with Novaturient Tours & Travel Limited. (Please note, if a retail agent fails to adequately/fully convey your special requirements to Novaturient, or our advice/instructions to you, we will not be responsible.)
We will confirm receipt of your booking form & deposit within 7 working days.
Please discuss or check with your consultant to ensure you have valid documentation for your holiday.
Finally, you simply need to pick your clothes and pack your bags, and prepare to go on a holiday of a lifetime!
